Kroger Co. in Farragut, TN is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department, hire and develop staff, and uphold Kroger's values of respect, integrity, and safety.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews, drive sales targets, oversee order fulfillment, substitutions, and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with management to optimize processes and budgets.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience.
• Experience in recruitment and staff hiring processes.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Staff the on-line shopping department and develop associates.
• Ensure e-Commerce department meets customer expectations.
• Create schedules to meet product flow and guidelines.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Trains associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans.
