Kroger Co. is seeking a STR MGMT/e-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR for Store 279 in North Ogden, UT. The role manages the store's e-Commerce department, staffs the team, and drives sales, savings and quality customer experiences. You will develop associates, ensure compliance with policies, and lead initiatives across the online channel.

The position emphasizes staffing, training, and execution of e-Commerce strategies to meet weekly and annual goals, while maintaining safety and standards across operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff and driving performance.
• Experience in recruitment/hiring processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Knowledge of store operations and e-Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department.
• Staff the online department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Schedule product flow and staffing according to guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and timely.
• Manage inventory issues and substitutions when needed.
