Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations. You will lead the e-Commerce team, ensure customer satisfaction, and train staff across selector and attendant roles in a fast-paced store environment.

The position emphasizes adherence to laws, safety standards, and company guidelines, with opportunities for process improvements and feedback on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, can execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organizational cleanliness of staging areas.
