Kroger Co. is seeking to manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department and to staff and develop associates to achieve sales goals. You will lead initiatives to enhance customer shopping experiences, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive productivity and efficiency across the online channel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Experience in recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds for periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the on-line shopping department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, and cleanliness.
• Lead the planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and optimize product flow.
• Monitor and control department expenses and ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
