Job summary

Kroger Co. in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will work to meet customer expectations and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, order intake, labeling, and troubleshooting equipment, plus training staff and ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards. This role demands proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to pricing, scanning, item location, or temperature types.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts constructively.
