Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a senior operational leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department in Utah.

You will staff the team, develop associates, and ensure the e-Commerce experience meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness. You will implement scheduling and product flow, train staff, and lead the planning, implementation, and execution of e-Commerce initiatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, and cleanliness.
• Create schedules to meet product flow and business guidelines.
• Train associates in order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor inventory and respond to shortages and substitutions as needed.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans and expenses.
