Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor to support Customer Service and E‑Commerce programs at the store level. You will lead processes for the checkout experience, grocery delivery, and pickup, monitor KPI metrics, and assist with daily operations such as capacity planning and labor utilization.

You will coach Team Members, promote health and safety standards, and collaborate with store leadership and 3P/1P partners to ensure exceptional service and efficient store operations.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ months retail experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
