Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a supervisor to support Customer Service and E-Commerce programs, overseeing checkout, delivery, and pickup operations at the store. You will help drive safety, quality of online orders, and an excellent pickup experience while monitoring team productivity and process execution.

You will coach Team Members, uphold health and safety standards, and work closely with store leadership to meet program goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with store operations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Balances in-store customer service with online order processing.
