Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking an E‑Commerce Lead to help manage daily online sales operations, pricing, and fulfillment. You will work to maximize revenue from donated goods while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our mission and values.

The role requires retail or e-commerce experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise associates. A valid driver’s license may be required in this position, and participation in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Retail or E‑Commerce experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the E‑commerce platform.
• Ensure listing, pricing, and fulfillment of online orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while maintaining satisfaction.
• Assist in packing, shipping, and processing donations for online orders.
• Support training and supervision of E‑Commerce Associates as needed.
