Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to supervise online sales, support the Store Manager, and coordinate inventory, merchandising, and customer service in a busy operation.

You will oversee eCommerce staff in the manager's absence, train and coach personnel, ensure policy compliance, maintain HR records, and help deliver a positive, efficient experience for customers and donors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in retail staff supervision.
• Experience with a diverse population preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eCommerce operations including production, inventory, and online sales.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure security of building and equipment.
• Train, direct, and evaluate staff; provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Address complaints and maintain documentation for HR and other departments.
