Chattanooga Goodwill Industries, located on Ringgold Road, Chattanooga, TN, seeks a full-time Shift Lead to supervise store personnel and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliable transportation are required. This is an on-site full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED, preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Chattanooga Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values during shifts.
• Supervise store personnel to meet operational standards.
• Develop, train, and support store associates for career growth.
• Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Communicate complaints to management and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and SOPs; attend training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
