Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking an Assistant eCommerce Manager – Retail Partnerships to support the growth and daily operations of the eCommerce department by optimizing donated goods flow from stores to online marketplaces.

The role collaborates with store teams and leadership, including regular travel to retail locations, to improve product identification, listing quality, and inventory availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in retail trends, fashion, design, vintage.
• Experience with online retail processes and donation processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach eCommerce Agents to support retail goals.
• Supervise and lead department Team Members.
• Maintain training processes and ensure completion of required training.
• Plan, organize, and direct recruitment, training, accountability and performance management.
