Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to staff to ensure positive onboarding and experience.
• Analyze and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, item descriptions, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
• Maximize revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales.
• Optimize listings, handling, rotation, and shipping to meet daily productivity goals.
• Coordinate information across multiple customers to satisfy production needs.
• Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain proper body mechanics.
