Job summary

Goodwill-Solac seeks an E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive staff development, implement growth initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to maximize revenue while upholding quality standards across ecommerce and retail.

You will oversee pricing, promotions, inventory management, and marketplace performance, ensuring exceptional customer service and process improvements to support sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail, ecommerce, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership in ecommerce or retail operations.
• Experience with multi-unit locations and online marketplaces.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ecommerce staff and operations teams.
• Oversee online sales performance and pricing accuracy.
• Manage inventory, warehouse, and store support activities.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare leadership reports.
• Collaborate with store leadership for growth initiatives.
