• Writes SEO-friendly auction titles and detailed descriptions
• Evaluates donations for online sale suitability and quality
• Ensures listings comply with marketplace policies and laws
• Stocks, picks, packages, and ships items per guidelines
• Resolves customer inquiries and tracks trends for leadership
• Trains and mentors teammates and distributes information
