You will maintain organized inventory, photograph items, and stay informed on eCommerce trends to enhance customer engagement and overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of jewelry, collectibles, and art with item value research ability.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience to perform essential duties.
• Computer skills to navigate online sales portals, payments, and shipping systems.
• Experience using a digital camera or smartphone for item photography.
• Eye for good pictures and ability to describe items visually.
• Creative writing skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage online sales process and identify high-value items for digital platforms.
• Ensure safe packing of product for transport and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor and organize eCommerce inventory; track stock levels.
• Collaborate with store leadership and eCommerce leadership; attend trainings and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following policies.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
• Track KPIs for online sales and contribute to growth strategies.
• Stay informed on eCommerce trends and platform updates to improve efficiency.
• Performs other duties to support eCommerce operations.
