Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an Assistant eCommerce Manager - Retail Partnerships to drive growth and daily operations across donated goods flows.

You’ll partner with store teams and leadership, travel to locations, and optimize product identification, listings, and value capture for online marketplaces. The role emphasizes inventory availability, product assortment, sell-through, and efficient donation processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail trends, online retail processes, and production/donation handling.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles including hiring, training, and managing team performance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eCommerce operations with retail partners and help maximize product flow to online marketplaces.
• Train and coach eCommerce Agents to support retail goals and performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and performance; propose and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with store teams and leadership to align on goals and initiatives.
