Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Associate for offsite warehouse operations. The role focuses on accurate and timely shipping of E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer orders, with an average of 20 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, maintain inventory, and support the fulfillment center, while using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a warehouse shipping/receiving setting.
• Experience in high-end retail or ecommerce preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick, and ship orders with the order entry team.
• Follow SOPs to ensure accurate, timely package delivery.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and speed in handling orders.
• Maintain wine and merchandise inventory.
• Assist with large shipments and freight prep.
• Receive and stock deliveries from DC and Wine Production.
• Support on-hand inventory counts.
• Communicate shipment delays and errors to teams.
• Provide support across Fulfillment Center areas.
