Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Lead Associate to coordinate daily operations in the Retail Warehouse and support all areas from receiving to delivery. The role requires leading the team, ensuring accurate task completion, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include training new staff, communicating across departments, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• At least six months of related retail experience required; one year in a warehouse is preferred.
• Strong math skills are a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse, retail, and inventory procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Retail Warehouse with the leadership team.
• Support all warehouse areas: receiving, processing, picking, and product delivery in company vehicles.
• Prioritize daily workflow and lead the team to complete tasks accurately.
• Provide world-class service to guests and internal partners.
• Assist in training new team members and communicate effectively with the retail team.
