The role requires standing for several hours, lifting up to 35 pounds, and adapting to different tasks daily. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 7 am–6 pm in Asheville, NC
• Ability to adapt to new software systems
• Stand/walk up to six hours daily and lift up to 35 pounds
• Proficiency with basic computer navigation and familiarity with Excel/Outlook
• Warehouse and fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx/USPS/freight shipping is a plus
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify quantity and quality
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide reports as requested
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and external partners
• Assemble items into kits or assist with bulk tasks
• Fulfill and ship orders across multiple systems and adapt to new software
• Price shipping methods and print labels for carriers
• Assist in maintaining inventory supplies and packaging materials
• Flexibly handle day-to-day or week-to-week tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
