Job summary

Biltmore is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Associate to support the behind-the-scenes shopping experience at biltmoreshop.com. You will assist with data entry, order processing, and documentation while coordinating with Marketing, Fulfillment and Guest Services to ensure timely, accurate guest orders.

The role includes assisting with daily operations, maintaining order status, and contributing during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education/certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or guest service.
• Commitment to world-class guest service.
• Active listening and suggestive selling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate order information and data entry.
• Support E-Commerce Lead Sales Associate with daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks for Marketing, Fulfillment, and Guest Services teams.
• Track orders and communicate delays or issues to guests.
• Provide general support to E-Commerce and Fulfillment teams, especially during peak periods.
