Job summary

Biltmore is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Associate to ensure a seamless behind-the-scenes shopping experience for guests visiting biltmoreshop.com. You will coordinate phone orders with packing teams, input orders into Counterpoint and ShipCompliant, and support the E-Commerce Lead Sales Associate in daily operations, especially during peak times.

Ideal candidates have retail or high-end e-commerce experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and the ability to learn Shopify, Salesforce, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in retail sales or guest service; high-end retail/e-commerce preferred.
• Proven commitment to world-class guest service.
• Ability to learn and use Biltmore POS and inventory systems.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between phone orders and fulfillment teams to ensure timely packing and shipping.
• Enter phone and shop orders into Counterpoint and ShipCompliant for tax reporting.
• Assist E-Commerce Lead Sales Associate in daily operations during peak periods.
• Provide general support to E-Commerce and Fulfillment teams as needed.
• Maintain order status and notify guests of delays or issues.
• Support inventory requests from Reservation and Sales teams.
