Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Lead Associate to support day-to-day operations in the Retail Warehouse. The role covers receiving, processing, picking, and delivering product in company vehicles, while ensuring world-class guest service.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and effective communication with teams. Schedule typically runs 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 32+ hour work week.

Qualificações

• High school diploma (or GED) required and at least six months of related retail experience.
• Strong math skills are a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse, retail and/or inventory procedures preferred.
• Good judgment, initiative, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist leadership in coordinating day-to-day operations of the Retail Warehouse.
• Support all areas including receiving, processing, picking, and delivery of product in company vehicles.
• Prioritize daily workflow and lead the team to complete tasks with accuracy.
• Provide world-class internal/external guest service.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Communicate effectively with the retail team and other departments.
