Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager to drive the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program in the US. You will own the end-to-end fulfillment solutions that power seller adoption, tailoring approaches by industry and product type and equipping the BD team to help sellers evaluate, adopt, and grow on FBT.

You will map the seller journey, partner with product and cross-functional teams, and continuously strengthen FBT’s value and delivery across verticals while driving measurable improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, seller operations, or solution/enablement roles.
• A strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment: inbound, inventory, first and last-mile, returns, cost structures, and platform fulfillment policies.
• A data-driven problem solver who can diagnose issues, size opportunities, and quantify solutions.
• A natural collaborator who can influence and align cross-functional and frontline teams to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment solutions that power seller adoption of FBT and enable the BD team.
• Tailor solutions by industry and product type for different verticals and product categories.
• Simplify inbound and standardize the inbound playbook for sellers moving inventory into FBT warehousing.
• Keep inventory healthy by improving efficiency and reducing slow-moving stock.
• Own the seller experience and map the end-to-end fulfillment journey to remove bottlenecks.
• Strengthen FBT's value and cost-competitiveness versus other fulfillment options.
