Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, transportation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end fulfillment, including FCs, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations.
• Proven experience in fulfillment or transportation network optimization and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, quantitative skills to evaluate trade-offs among cost, speed, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategies into scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfillment network.
• Optimize order allocation, routing, carrier selection, wave planning, and backlog management.
• Develop middle-mile and last-mile network strategies and cost optimization.
• Build models, simulations, dashboards, and performance mechanisms to identify bottlenecks.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Planning, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from diagnosis to implementation with measurable impact.
