Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end FBT product lifecycle, define service offerings for merchant inbound, inventory and reverse logistics, and coordinate across supply chain, logistics, R&D and seller operations.

You will translate objectives into a roadmap, prioritize ROI-driven initiatives, and drive long-term innovation while supporting TikTok’s global expansion across US, UK, EU and other markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in product management in e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross-border and domestic logistics.
• Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and program/project management abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and drive innovation to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and evolve FBT service offerings including merchant inbound, inventory management, goods management and reverse logistics.
• Translate strategic objectives into a clear product roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term innovation.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to rollout and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and support global expansion.
