Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics solution design or product operations.

• Highly accountable with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics product experience for the US e-commerce business; design end-to-end logistics product solutions and drive execution with operations, product, and engineering teams.
• Develop deep understanding of US e-commerce logistics challenges; work with internal stakeholders and partners to innovate on business models and product solutions that improve user conversion and merchant experience.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities; drive continuous improvement of operational processes through data decomposition and metrics-driven insights.
• Leverage market insights to develop product optimization proposals; collaborate with platform product and engineering teams to strengthen supply chain and logistics capabilities.
