Job summary

You will analyze transportation planning, develop project plans, and collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to align solutions with platform growth. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of related work experience with demonstrated logistics design and optimization skills.
• Experience designing optimization plans and evaluating implemented improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end US fulfillment network design across first mile, sortation, linehaul, and last-mile delivery.
• Analyze transportation planning and execution systems and develop detailed project plans.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements using data visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics solutions with platform growth.
• Define trackable analytics and monitor carrier performance metrics.
• Manage partnerships with US carriers and 3PLs to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
