Kroger Co. seeks an experienced e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the store’s online channel day-to-day.

You will lead staffing, coach associates and set schedules to meet sales goals while upholding our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity and safety. You will ensure customer expectations are met for ease of shopping, manage product flow and inventory, coordinate order fulfillment and substitutions, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency.

Competenze

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of computers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with and knowledge of POS
• Retail Experience

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store’s e-Commerce department
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles
• Lead the planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives
• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and wage budgets; drive customer satisfaction and repeat sales
• Assist in analyzing the competitive landscape and respond accordingly
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and substitutions when needed
• Provide feedback to management on operational plan effectiveness
• Monitor expenses and ensure preventative maintenance of equipment
