Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a capable leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will staff the team, develop associates, and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, coaching, maintaining compliance with laws and food safety, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in hiring process encouraged.
• Strong organization and time-management skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, and train candidates for on-line shopping team.
• Manage product flow and create schedules per guidelines.
• Lead and coach team to achieve sales and wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with division teams on issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety policies.
