AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks a motivated e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers from online leads to in-store purchases. You’ll respond quickly, answer questions, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring a seamless ownership journey.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly, answer questions and help close deals.
• Roll customers to the in-store experience and hand off to Service when appropriate.
• Support ownership experience with follow-ups and relationship building.
