Job summary

AutoNation in the United States seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-store vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and close deals while delivering exceptional service before and after purchase; join a team that values trust, teamwork, and career growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to follow up with customers.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
Respond to leads promptly, answer questions and provide information to move customers from contact to in-store experience.
Close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
Drive loyalty by following up with customers and guiding them to the Service department when needed.
