Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an energized E-commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone and in-person interactions in our no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions and help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience.

You’ll leverage nationwide inventory and work with a supportive team to close deals, follow up for satisfaction, and transition customers to service to support ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with online, phone, and in-person customers to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to move customers to in-store experience.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction; follow up after purchase.
• Coordinate with Service department to support ownership experience.
