Job summary

AutoNation, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, invites you to join as an e-Commerce Sales Associate. You will engage customers online, by phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment and move them from inquiry to in-store experience.

Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, present options, negotiate terms, close deals, and then transition customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
