Job summary

AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate role engages with customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help transition customers from online contact to an in-store experience while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyles.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction from phone, online, and in-store interactions.
• Follow up with customers to drive loyalty and transition to the Service department for ownership experience.
