Job summary

AutoNation's e-Commerce Sales Associate role invites you to guide customers through their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to online, phone, and in-store inquiries, delivering information and a seamless path from initial contact to showroom visit while upholding an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll leverage strong communication skills to understand budgets and lifestyles, present options, negotiate terms, and help customers close the deal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to help customers decide.
• Close deals in a no-haggle sales environment and negotiate terms as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition to Service department.
