Job summary

AutoNation, a leader in automotive retail, seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone, and in-store in a no-haggle setting. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help customers navigate from initial contact to an in-store visit while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will need strong communication and a customer-first mindset, with prior sales or retail experience desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and assist via technology.
• Experience and desire to work with technology and provide exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help customers make decisions.
• Present vehicle options, negotiate terms and close deals in a no-haggle environment.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ongoing ownership experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
