Job summary

Safe Harbors Business Travel is hiring for a corporate online booking tools specialist in Dallas. You will configure, test, and maintain Concur and Atriis; resolve client issues by phone and email; and own documentation for processes and updates.

You will collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to support existing clients, build vendor relationships, and train clients on platform updates, with travel up to 10% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT or business administration.
• Certification or hands-on administration experience with Concur or Atriis.
• 2+ years in an e-commerce or digital operations role.
• 3+ years in the travel agency industry preferred.
• Comfortable with core Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across varied audiences.
• Self-directed: test solutions, evaluate results, report outcomes independently.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining speed and quality.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams (no direct reports).

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain corporate online booking tools (Concur, Atriis) with updates that minimize disruption to client accounts.
• Serve as frontline technical resource for client inquiries via email and phone.
• Own documentation for online booking tools and related processes; keep departments aligned as products evolve.
• Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep e-commerce services running smoothly.
• Manage client profiles within online booking tools, including updates and bulk uploads.
• Load and validate client-preferred vendor rates in the tools.
• Deliver training to clients on platform updates and best practices (in person, webinars, guides).
• Analyze client usage and performance data to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Look for opportunities to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce costs.
• Help evaluate and support rollout of additional booking tools as the platform grows.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
