AutoNation Inc. is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, by phone, and in person, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process in our no-haggle environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and provide information to ensure a seamless in-store experience. Responsibilities include helping customers select vehicles, negotiating terms to fit budgets, and following up to ensure satisfaction while transitioning ownership to the Service department

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
