Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to assist hundreds of customers—online, by phone, and in person—in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads, answer questions, and guide customers from initial contact to in-store purchase while delivering exceptional service.

You'll negotiate terms, ensure payment options fit customers' budgets, and drive loyalty through follow-up and smooth transitions to the Service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and guide them from inquiry to in-store experience.
• Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers’ budgets and lifestyle.
