Job summary

AutoNation Inc. is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, over the phone and in person, guiding their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.

You respond to leads quickly and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to in-store visit. You will help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms to fit their budgets, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while transitioning them to the Service department for ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals; prior sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to move customers from inquiry to in-store visit.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and transition customers to the Service department after purchase.
• Close deals by helping customers select vehicles, negotiate terms and fit payment options to their budgets.
