AutoNation Inc. is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases online, over the phone, and in person in our no-haggle sales environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, provide information, and help steer customers from initial contact to in-store visits while delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll be part of a nationwide network offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth into finance, management, and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process online and in-store.
• Respond to leads promptly and answer questions to inform purchasing decisions.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction across pre- and post-sale interactions.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience.
