Job summary

AutoNation Inc. is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey in a no-haggle environment.

You will respond to online, phone and in-store leads, delivering an exceptional experience as you help customers select vehicles, discuss payment options, and transition buyers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support. The role emphasizes strong communication, goal achievement, and a customer-first mindset across digital and in-person

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion via online, phone and in person interactions.
• Guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and smooth transition to the Service department.
