AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer, seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage online, phone, and in-person customers, guiding them from inquiry to in-store visit in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help tailor vehicle purchases to each customer’s lifestyle and budget.

You will follow up to ensure satisfaction, drive loyalty, and smoothly transition customers to the Service department for ongoing support.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help customers from initial contact to in-store visit.
• Close deals by aligning payment options with customers’ budgets and lifestyles.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience and drive loyalty.
