Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone, and in person through the vehicle purchase process in our no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, and help customers transition to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With nationwide inventory and a supportive team, you’ll have the tools to succeed and grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms to fit budgets and lifestyles.
• Close the deal and ensure customer satisfaction; transition customers to the Service department as needed.
