Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with firm and client policies. The role supports the Finance Department by reviewing aged WIP, providing invoice back-up, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely submission of invoices.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of legal billing experience, familiarity with electronic billing on vendor sites, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple attorney assignments in a high‑pressure

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in responding to general billing inquiries from management, staff, attorneys, and clients.
• Review aged unbilled WIP and provide status updates to Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
• Provide back‑up documentation for invoices as required.
• Investigate client overpayments and cost advances to determine refund or adjustment needs.
• Process invoices using Paperless Proforma for specific attorneys.
• Review new matters for clients to see if matters are available via e-billing websites.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and address any reductions or rejections promptly.
• Submit rate requests for certain vendor sites.
• Provide updates on invoice status to Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
