Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform focused on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. Role involves CRM customization, integrating Power Platform tools, and assisting with data visualization using PowerBI.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business goals and enterprise architecture, while providing end-user support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Customization: configure and maintain Sales, Service, and Marketing modules and dashboards.
• Integration & Reporting: use Power Platform tools for integration and BI reporting with PowerBI.
• Collaboration & Support: gather requirements, provide end-user training, and ensure CRM aligns with enterprise standards.
• Travel: 10% domestic travel.
