Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI.

Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to align the CRM with business needs and support strategic initiatives, while following CRM change-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on CRM experience (Dynamics365 or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop integrations using Power Platform tools and automation; build Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
