Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS required; master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification required; expert preferred.
• Power Platform certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards; manage security.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards; support BI needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training.
