Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM aligns with organizational goals and drives BI efforts using PowerBI.

The role requires CRM expertise, Power Platform proficiency, and a passion for data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment. Travel is minimal and teammates are encouraged to innovate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and CRM reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for integration and automation.
• Assist BI in PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
